The fried rice is amongst one of the most popular dishes. It only with its variety, also with its unique taste. And I do like it even though you may not define it as authentic Chinese food. It is more like fusion food with Indonesian ingredients and flavor, or it is the authentic fried rice when Chinese immigrants brought here nearly a century ago, I am not sure. However, it is good and that is what matters.
The decor is also nice and comfy. Unlike other Chinese restaurants that are so stingy to renovate the environment and deeply believing as long as the taste is good, there is no need to waste money to make the place better. But Bima does. I like its bright and clean environment. It is more to the modern demand of customers rather than the old belief.
I don’t come here myself. However, friends or business partners seem to invite me to this place somehow and always. It shows how popular and good they are and that is why they have been a landmark among local Chinese Indonesians here.
