j.co donut is tasty,yummy and great for every branch they have. in this mall,the staff is great,they know their product and willing to explain to their customer. such a great point of excellent service personality 👏😊 the place in this mall is coool. cosy. nice to meet up, and talk. the menu for all j.co anywhere is good for me. the way they service customer is great 🌷👌 not only the staff,i had met sometimes one manager, so all who's work with j.co is kind of nice attitude and good servant, although sometimes im served by kind of bad mood staff but over all j.co staff is good. love it. thank you...

Order Ice and hot Jcocinno no sugar but the tastenof the ice one is still sweet. Dine in 2 cup of coffee and 2 donuts but no free glaze donut, staff said give discount so we did not get the free glaze donut.. JCO, Train the staff kindly and make sure customer order that customer want free glaze donut or not! Don't judge by staff own thought! Wifi internet connection is really bad. Not good for hangout or do small work here. When ask the bad / off wifi connection, they just said wait a moment. Only manager know how to handle the wifi. JCo has bad...

Mentang mentang promo, karyawan yang laki ciri" agak arab, petentang petenteng, ngomongnya gak sopan banget ngomong nya sama customer, kami juga tau itu dari tadi antri, dr sejam lebih, kami juga termasuk yang antre kan? Lalu apa bedanya? Kalau bilang capek ya kami customer antre juga capek, namanya kerja juga smua capek. tp lain kali lebih sopan aja ngomongnya, dijaga tutur katanya, kalo gak bisa, mending bicara secukupnya, toh kita juga beli, pake uang, bukan minta. Kalo memang gak boleh pilih varian ya bilang aja dari awal, sampaikan dg baik, dari antrian pertama, bukan dari kita, jadi adil, paham? Bukan nya nerapin 5S malah ini gak sopan.

Dikasih training attitude & sop pelayanan lagi aja deh mending, drpd makin banyak yang complain. Mau ingetin lagi juga. Diluar sana masih banyak yang butuh kerja, 19jt pengangguran & lebih berAttitude lagi dalam melakukan pekerjaan.

Sudah menjadi resiko juga kalo lagi promo pasti antre dan kami tau kok itu, kami antre dg baik & tertib juga. tapi emang kali ini kami kecewa karena Attitude staffnya aja,
