KFC — Restaurant in Surabaya

KFC AHMAD YANI. One of the busiest KFC in Surabaya. Jammed pack during lunches and dinner. The place is pretty big and can handle more than 150 people to dine at the same time. Lots of spaces and parking for motorcycle and cars alike.

One note, when bought a rice combo, the rice was harden like a rock, maybe from undercook or something. I went to rely that problem with the manager, mrs. Yunita, she promptly apologize whole heartedly and gave a free chiken piece for my trouble.

It was nice to see such a professional and kind hearted person working for the company. If KFC Surabaya reading this, you might want to reward her not because the gift, its because how she handle and defuse the whole thing professionally.

Revision: When i get home, the box consist 2 pieces of chiken (white and dark) just what i ordered before. So clearly she was paying attention to her customers. Trully a model...
