I was ordering here via application. And I was waiting for more than an HOUR to get my orders here, because they decided to wait for the DRIVER to came. When I called the driver, he said "WAIT" and cut the line. I went to tlchat with the admin from the app, and thwy said "have you called the driver?" I said yes and he cutted the line. And I have to WAIT for 2 times before I got the right driver. The ice are all melted and the coffee taste watery. How KopKen SOP managed this kind of a case? How they even make aure the coffee refregirated before the driver picked the order?...
