McDonald's Darmo — Restaurant in Surabaya

A spacious McD's outlet. Located at Darmo Street, right in the heart of the city. There is enough space for car and motorcycle parking here. The taste of the food would been standardized (so there's no issue here) with complete menus always ready 24/7. The service is also very friendly, you don't need to worry about being 'reprimanded' or find less comfortable treatment when eating for hours without re-order. No wonder, many students often spend hours and hours here doing their task or homework.. or just to skip the...

They have new way of order now, using the screen next to the cashier. It makes faster line up. No need to wait too long for order some food. The location is in the main road of Surabaya (Jl. Darmo) easy to find. They have parking lot quite alot and enough for both car and bikers. They have 2 floors and in the 2nd floor there is a small spot for kids play zone. Very small but I think its already enough. And one benefit for the one who are using emoney alot, they receive all kind of payment...

The new policy is just plain terrible, forcing customer to use self-service machine and ends up making the queue time even worse.

Delivery is also terrible now, a number of menu is missing from Go-Food and their McDelivery app didn't work as well. To top it all off, they even have the nerve to make me buy their 'reusable' bag, how does that even work with Go-Food? Am I supposed to buy a new bag every time I order? Or did they think the driver will come to my house first to pick up their...
