Pizza Hut Restoran - Basuki Rahmat Surabaya — Restaurant in Surabaya

In my opinion, all Pizza Hut restaurants are completely cozy for group dining. Pizza Hut Basra was kinda new when I visited this place. I like their architecture with the wood details and wide windows. This restaurant branch isn't that big but it can be filled maybe up to 100 people.

I ordered: Cheeseburger Pizza (Oh this is my fav!) Chicken Blackpepper Fusilli Bolognese Beef Blackpepper Rice Mac n' Cheese Chicken Wings

It's all good! Pizza Hut always offers the same taste like the old days, it's always exactly the same. They maintain the quality but having wider food variety day by day. The price is totally make sense.

If you dine in the restaurant and having tight budget, you can order the 'Sensasi Delight' menu. If you wanna take away the food, they even offer lower price, try...

The star is for the service, not for the food or the restaurant. I tried to redeem my points from Pizza Hut App, the waiter asked me to do it at the cashier, when I told the man at the cashier, he asked me to do it via the waiter in charge of my table. I told the cashier that the waiter asked me to come to him. Then the cashier man tried to scan my points and it failed several times.

I'm not happy because: They asked me to go here and there. They throw responsibility at each other. They didn't try hard to fulfill my request. I clearly didn't get what I want.

It was really different with other Pizza Hut branches when the staffs are all super caring and help the visitors until all issues are resolved.

One of the best Pizza Hut restaurant in town ... Located and situated in the central of Surabaya at Taman Apsari ... This place has a pretty design both exterior and interior ... The parking lot was quite big ... The restaurant is comfort and cozy ... Kids could join the Pizza Maker Class to learn how to make proper pizza ... The taste are great, the services are also great ... Don't forget to use the apps from Pizza Hut to get points and great offers/vouchers ...
