Currently it is the best Ketoprak in Surabaya in my opinion. I do very often takeaway for their Ketoprak from years and years ago. Highly recommended.

This resto is selling lots of Indonesian cuisines, from Jakarta area, Bandung area, Manado area and others. Honestly I dont know how is the genuinity taste, but my friends recommended me Soto Betawi and Soto Mie.

So today for the first time, I dine-in to try their Soto Mie. And honestly, it didnt wow me. But it was not bad. I found the broth is too light for my taste, compare to what I had in other resto.

However, I takeaway their Ketoprak, and it is still my favorite :D Will share some pic another time

I had a fantastic dining experience at Anina! The place is impressively spacious with a well-lit interior, offering plenty of seating for both small and large groups. The menu boasts a wide variety of delicious Indonesian food, drinks, and snacks, all with rich, deep flavors. The pricing is a steal, affordable (around 30-50k) considering the generous portions, beautiful plating, high quality, and cozy ambience.

The service was excellent, with polite staff and super-fast serving times. My highlights were the Ketoprak, which was absolutely delicious (4.7/5), and the refreshing Lidah Buaya drink with the sugar served separately, such a thoughtful touch! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend...

Been craving for authentic ketoprak in Greater Surabaya, since I felt that a lot of other stalls selling the dish outside Jabodetabek and Cirebon had made taste corrections which made the peanut sauce lose its authenticity (i.e., by adding petis/fermented shrimp paste, or by using less cloves of garlic). This stall, though, served authentic-tasting, garlicky peanut sauce that was the distinguishable feature of ketoprak other than the ingredients used. Dish was amazing (although not using freshly fried tofu), the beehoon (rice noodles) were bouncy yet light. Overall, an enjoyable treat for a reasonable pricing. Definitely brought home to...
