Used to be a lot better.

Ordered nasi sambel dadar pe last night but tbh, the stingray fish was stinky. Since stingray is one of my fave fish, I can tell for sure that it's no longer fresh (though stingray can be preserved through being smoked) as it exuded the ammonia fume.

Their taichan satay and pudding dessert are still delish and some other food are decent (pak de saijo is still my favourite) but I'll consider ordering via gojek next time.

Need to keep up with cleanliness tho.

This food court has variety of food stall. Each stall offers different cuisine. Here I tried Pak Saijo's Javanese Fried Rice which is widely known in West Surabaya. This is really delicious fried rice and complete with lots of shredded chicken. Meanwhile in other stall I ordered tripe rice. Looks appetizing but unfortunately the taste is not quite right for my taste the sauce is runny and tends to taste bland. Then avocado milo, it is truly amazing beverage. Definitely a disappointment. For almost 30k after tax (i ordered the bbq smoked beef burger), it was disappointing.

They wrote / claimed it was "homemade patty and bun". It was definitely not homemade by your usual definition. The meat tasted processed / factory made. The smoked beef slice is definitely synthetic.

If I knew that this is the quality, I wouldn't have ordered from this...
