Soto Ambengan Pak Sadi holds a prominent reputation among the array of soto restaurants in Surabaya. The soto served here is undeniably flavorful, although it didn't quite reach the level of the absolute best soto I've ever had.
Nevertheless, it was a satisfying dining experience that prompted me to return to the establishment not once, but twice. This is one of the proper place to bring friends or family that come visiting.
