Awalnya Pesen Empal Amerta, saya kira mungkin Salah satu Turunan dari Merta Singa, yg dagang di Plered.
Era awal 1999an, itu masih Enak. Sdh mulai 2004an, rasa terus berbeda Jadi berbeda dr versi aslinya 2016 kuah mulai encer
2021, lebih parah. Nah ini yg masak sprtinya sudah berbeda. Atau Pesanan Banyak, yg Menyebabkan Proses Pembubuan Pakai Alat Modern disatukan, diBlender jadi satu. Nah mungkin sprtinya itu yg Menyebabkan Ras empal Gentong Berubah dr Versi Aslinya.

Kemudian disatukan dalam 1 mangkok. dlm Penyajian. bila Semua bumbu ditumis, dan daging, lemak dsatukan direbus jdi Kacau hasilnya.
