Read moreUpon arrival, I was initially surprised by the seemingly small space, only to discover an additional table inside, quite a few, in fact. The place maintains a commendable cleanliness. What I ordered here: Nasi Putih (IDR 8k) Bandrek Susu (IDR 15k) this one is quite good, i like it personally. Sate Ayam (IDR 45k for 10 pcs) & Sate Kambing (IDR 30k for 5 pcs) are genuinely delightful. However, the real star might be the rich and flavorful soup broth. Although I skipped Sop Kambing, opting for just the broth (IDR 5k), it proved to be a delight with no hint of bad odor, making it a must-try. Tongseng Ayam (IDR 50k) has a really generous portion. It features a hearty broth and it tasted like they put a lot of pepper onto it, not to my liking but it might be for some people. And also honestly, 1 portion is enough for 2 people. I spent around 310k for 5 people here. Seems like a bit expensive for satay but it's worth...
The goat meat is tender, the satay and also the tongseng.
For satay, if the default order is given a lot of fat (gomok), it looks like you can request full meat. One portion has 10 skewers, you get peanut sauce plus onion sauce. I really recommend eating it with the garlic soy sauce (kecap bawang). As for tongseng, the meat is full, the taste is really good, but for those who don't like eating goat meat because of the smell, this doesn't seem to work to you. The smell of the goat is quite strong, but overall it's really okay for me.
The atmosphere, for those who want to eat in a traditional place without fancy at all, this is very suitable. Close to the prayer room and mini market, so it's a complete place. It feels like you're in a rest area but there's no gas station. ...
Read moreportion is big, if you love to eat much like me, then it will fit for you +price on average good portion for side dish such acar and cabe for satay they put you one bowl so you can enjoy it as much you like embiance is too much smoke from burning satay. Taste is a little bit bitter for satay, and the kambing satay is little chungky but i appreciate the meat was good portion. Taste for tongseng is more to much oil and paper, so the flavour is a liitle bit more spicy with paper instate the herb. Taste for satay ayam is plain, so i recomend you to use kecap and cabay to fill the gap of flavour. But in average i enjoy the meal so i like to put 4 star from 5 for my opinion.. Once again this is my...
