Haaj Mahmoud Shefa'at Beryani — Restaurant in Isfahan

I have visited Beryan Haj Mahmoud in Shafaat, Julfa, Isfahan several times and have had a fairly diverse experience. The first thing that stands out is the exceptional and delicious taste of the meat and Beryan dishes; the meat is well-seasoned, and the aroma of the spices combined with freshly baked bread creates a truly delightful experience. The restaurant’s environment is relatively clean and tidy, with a simple yet traditional interior design that gives a pleasant local vibe.

However, it should be noted that the service is moderate and sometimes requires patience. The staff are friendly, but during busy hours, orders can be a bit slow, and customers might feel the service is somewhat delayed. The prices are also slightly higher compared to similar restaurants, although the quality of the food somewhat justifies this.

Another point is that seating is limited, and during peak hours, finding an empty spot can be challenging. Nonetheless, if you love meat and Beryan, it is worth waiting a little to experience this restaurant.

This is our favorite Beryani spot (not to be confused with the Indian dish, Biryani—this is an Esfahani specialty you won't find anywhere else in the world, to the best of my knowledge). به علت معروفیت زیاد اونجا رفتم و به این نتیجه رسیدم اصلا در حد اعتبارش نیست. وقتی وارد میشید یه منو پشت سر صندوق دار هست و همونجا باید حساب کنید و برید بشینید.نه فاکتور درست و حسابی نه منو سر میزی و .... برخورد صندوق دار هم که ظاهرا صاحب اونجا هست اصلا مشتری پسند نیست و مثل کسایی که غرور اعتبار گرفتتش ، بسیار سرد و خشک و با حالت زود باش پول بده برو بشین بخور و برو هست! خوب سفارش بریون مخصوص با آب گوشت کوچک و دوغ کوچک دادم. محیط سالن از دو طبقه تشکیل شده، همکف و طبقه بالا که بالا بیشتر خانوادگی هست.بسیار محیط ساده و تقریبا تمیز با میزهای ساده و نیمکت و صندلی. به علت شلوغی بسیارعجیب ، بعد از تقریبا 3 دقیقه آب گوشت رو آرودند و بعد از تقریبا 10 دقیقه بریون رو آوردند.در حال خوردن غذا بودم که دیدم چند نفر بالای سرم ایستادن و زل زدن به من که زودتر بلند بشم! بله به علت ازدحام مشتری و پول دوستی صاحب اونجا مشتری ها رو راه داده بودن وسط سالن ایستاده بودند تا بقیه زودتر بلند بشند و اونها بشینند! یعنی راحتی و احترام به مشتری اصلا در ذهن صاحب اونجا نمی گنجه! غذا رو با بی میلی تا نصفه خوردم و به علت وضعیت شلوغی و کیفیت متوسط بریون رها کردم و به زور از لا به لای جمعیت اومدم بیرون تا نفسی بکشم! چیزی که اینجا نصیبم شد، غذای با کیفیت متوسط در حد قیمتش و برخورد و محیط نامناسب بود.مطمین هستم هیچ وقت کسی روی برای صرف بریون به اینجا نخواهم برد. فقط جالبی اونجا برای من فروش و اعتبار بالا بود و به من نشون داد با هیچ چیز خاصی و فقط با صبر و قدیمی شدن در جای خوب و شلوغ میشه صاحب کسب و کار پر رونقی...
