Levant Restaurant Baghdad — Restaurant in Baghdad

Unfortunately we had bad experience in this place after several visites. This is the first time i see business lose there costumers easy like that. They overcharged us yesterday around 25$ because we didn’t order a dinner!! (We ordered one dinner of 4 people, see the receipt pic) We talked to the superviser and he was in bad mode because we just orders on dinner plate! Even they didn’t put the overcharge value in the receipt!! (Look at the pic) We’re done with this place and will...

Unfortunately experienced bad service and got overcharged, for Suhour in Ramadan we were 4 persons and we have got a set menu of 2 persons only and charged for 4 persons, we have complained to the waiter and after that justified this was due to bad arrangements by the restaurant due to the load, asked for the supervisor and didn’t get, this was not expected from Levant!

However, nice atmosphere and recommended place for normal days and not during Ramadan that will...

I wish there was a zero star. Horrible service. They brought the check the first time because it rained and we had to switch tables and asked that we pay for the food that we did not receive yet so that it will not confuse them and we agreed and paid. Then the came again after we ordered some tea with another check and asked to pay now!!! The plates were not cleared from the table because we refused to pay until we r ready to leave!!!...
