I hated the place to be honest! Not that much options everything is burger burger!!! Extremely costy Side dishes are same price as the main dosh! The size is small as well not even small! Not that good service even! Nothing tastes special or different! Even the burger is not that special totally normal! What was that hype about really? I truly not recommend it at all Costy pricey average food! I wish as much they cared about the decorations they paid attention to the taste of the food at least! Salads over all is just the vegetables cuted in a half! We paid around 200,000 ID ... For 5 person not to mention we runned out without taking a tea...

Black tap has the worst customer service and rude employees and don't have any serving etiquette, I really had an unpleasant time that I will never repeat again and would not recommend anybody to go there.. just as an advice for black tap if you want to gain a good reputation first of all you have to know how to treat and serve customers, secondly, once you have any reserved tables from a customer I recommend you to tell the entering customers in advance, otherwise you don't have the right to tell them after they sit and...

Visited this place on Christmas day and the atmosphere was nice, the place was almost empty but I'm guessing it can get busy at night for drinks, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, cheesy fries, Korean wings, and a cookies milkshake. Everything was tasty and almost perfect but the crispy chicken was a little bland, although the sandwich was tasty, and the components went very well with each other but the chicken itself tasted like nothing.
