5 stars for food quality, service, friendly staff, and for maintaining public hygiene.
I visited this place this week after try for days to reach the restaurant’s phone number to make a reservation as I didn’t know how busy the place is. The place lack basic digital appearance, location accuracy, phone number, environment, etc. My experience with this restaurant gave a mixed opinion, location, parking, reception, service comes TOP OF THE LINE, although they did not maintain social distancing spreading tables from each other or enforcing wearing face masks while not on table, you can find some hand sanitizer on each table.
I loved 7/8 food item I ordered, amazing food quality, the appetizers are so diverse, you get forced to come back again to try more.
The single biggest disappointment was the restaurant does not accept credit cards, I got put in a very difficult situation with the tab. Showing that they accept credit card and at the end they rejected by payment method was very inconvenient. Overall, get someone to fix your digital listings online and a better people to communicate over the phone and text on Facebook, make sure that you accept credit card and they will definitely get a 5 star on...
Read moreWe went on a business dinner to Levant restaurant, the restaurant was very elegant and classy, it was very quiet and respectful, and it was very much on point for a business dinner. We ordered all the food they had on the menu, and there was nothing that I didn’t like, their appetizers are the best truly ! And their salads are very innovative and special, it was so good that they became my main course! Then we had starters that were very much new, they had minced chicken with cream stuffed inside fried Kunafa, they had very good mushroom with cream and rice starter, also, very well done potato cubes that were flawless! The main course was mostly grilled chicken, sheimps and such, they had a very good meat shawerma that I highly recommend. Overall, there was nothing that I didnt like, very great place for the evening and for work...
Read moreI tried visiting this restaurant twice with my wife, only to be turned away at the main entrance both times just because we didn’t have a reservation. Instead of welcoming walk-in customers, they rudely told us to leave.
Every restaurant takes reservations, but that doesn’t mean they should reject people who are already there and ready to dine. Priority should be given to actual guests who show up, not just to reservations—especially since no one can guarantee that all reserved tables will be filled.
Most people only make reservations on special occasions like Christmas or Eid, yet this place acts like every day is a major event. Their attitude was unwelcoming, and after two bad experiences, I won’t be trying a third time. There are plenty of other restaurants that know how to treat customers...
