McDonald's — Restaurant in County Clare

These dudes ALWAYS forget your sauces, even if you ask for 4 or more. They just don't care. Some of friendly waitress' would put extra one if they forgot, but other will just say "oh, right.". boxes from food - wet, oily. I took bag and not for the first time take out bag is WET and RIPPED. Thank y'all, my white T-shirt is dirty 👍. Second one, they just throw burgers on random, because if you take bigmac your salad in it would be in box, but definitely not in bigmac itself. Chicken burger? Dry, small, no chicken at all - overcooked. Cheese burger - cheese is all over the wrapping of it. Double cheese burger has its patty in one place, cheese in other, ketchup outside the burger ☠️ that it literally lives different life. Patty inside is small and dry. Don't add ketchup even if you ask for extra. You actually can not add extra something in big tablet menu. Add more pickles!!! Add more salad INSIDE...

Appalling service here. Staff are not interested in customer service.

Staff member taking orders at the drive through was unable to get an order correct. I checked my order before leaving and noted it was not complete.

I brought this to the attention of the person who handed me my order. He seemed disinterested.

Another staff member appeared and wanted to know what was wrong. She not really interested in rectifying my order so I asked for a refund.

This came grudgingly and without an apology for my order being incorrect.

The order could have easily been rectified by adding the missing item but such was the lack of customer service here that this evening my money was better back in my pocket than going towards the wages of these individuals who should not be dealing with...

We arrived here with a bus load of kids after a soccer match, u12s they were. Ordered food and treats to the tune of a couple of hundred euro, about 15 mins into eating the kids lined up at the counter to order Mcflurries and while they were at the counter an employee came to their tables and said she was under management instructions to clear the food away to the bin as there were more people coming on a bus. Well needless to say I didn't let it happen but that was unforgivable.... Avoid this place as after the smiles at the counter are over while your handing over your money, you and your kids are treated...
