Apache Pizza Claregalway — Restaurant in County Galway

I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews here – my experience at Apache Pizza Claregalway has been the complete opposite. The food was fresh, tasty, and served hot, and the service was absolutely excellent.

What really stood out to me was the staff, especially the blonde lady at the counter. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful – she went out of her way to make sure everything was just right and that we felt taken care of. It’s rare these days to see such warm, personal service, and it honestly makes all the difference.

The place was clean, the order came quickly, and everything was exactly as we wanted. You can really tell that the staff here care about both the food and the customers.

They can’t take an online order for some reason. I put in an order for delivery online, they started ringing me asking me if that’s all I had ordered (a meal deal plus sides, about €40), there is not one employee in the place that speaks English, I rang after an hour looking for my order and the lad on the phone can’t get passed, “what is your address?”, there’s only so many ways I can answer that question. It’s an absolute disgrace.

The most infuriating part is that the website is telling me it was delivered and to “enjoy my food”…

I had a fantastic experience at Apache Pizza Claregalway! The food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what you’d want from a pizza place. The crust was cooked perfectly, the toppings were generous, and everything was full of flavor. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure the service was quick and smooth, even during a busy time. The place was spotless and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere too.

Overall, it’s a spot I’d definitely recommend for anyone in Claregalway looking for great pizza and excellent service. I’ll certainly be coming...
