Queued for 20 mins.Food came 20 mins later.No sausage rolls.Asked twice if they were coming.Staff said they were on the way,very rude and abrupt.We finished our cake and coffee and 1/2 hour later girl came out with sausage roll.I said we had been basically waiting over an hour for a sausage roll, she said its nothing got to do with her.I asked for my money back instead of the roll,she said we were getting nothing and said it had nothing got to do with her and that she worked in the kitchen.She walked off as I was talking to her and completely ignored us then.As bad a service as I have ever had anywhere.On the plus the...

Good coffee and an even better location. The courtyard at the back is a tour de force of design: a Japanese-style garden, with water features, koi carp, bamboos, and archways covered in ivy.
