I had a terrible experience with Apache Cabinteely. I ordered three 12oz burgers, but they gave me three 6oz burgers and claimed that's what I ordered. When I asked them to correct the order, they refused. I requested to check the phone records to prove my order, and I even said I would accept it if I was wrong, but they still refused. I asked to speak to the duty manager, who also refused to help. There was no respect for the customer at all. The burgers are good, but the customer service is much worse than the food.
If the store owner sees this review and improves the service quality, the business has the potential to reach a higher level.
I didn't pay because that is not things I ordered. Your stuff offered me to added a burger on top of the already made one, not extre burger, please don't mislead here. I accepted that if he showed me the phone record to approve this is my mistake, but he refused and I didn't think that is my mistake. By the way, I didn't think your stuff repeated and confirmed to me again over the phone. If your staff told that is 15euro, I can straight find the mistake. Because your staff didn't do it.
Your staff said I ordered prime burger, you said I ordered 3 quarter pound burger. What actually I was said in the phone? Did you listen the phone record? Could I listen it?

Read moreI believe the pizza from them one of the best in Dublin when you consider the American style pizza. However, service makes it all... they are very rude... Both, the driver at delivery and staff when I called them. The pizza arrived after 75 minutes, I had to go outside the complex when I had guests at home, obviously the pizza was very cold and when I explained the driver where to go he just said "we don't take pizzas at apartments (obviously a lie). Finally, when I called them to give them a feedback, he didn't care at all and forced me to hang up the phone because he wasn't listening. Worst delivery service I ever had.
In reply to the answer. I do understand the delays during the holiday season, it is acceptable. However, rudeness and the careless when a customer gives you a feedback in person is awful... I told you that I won't buy from you anymore after I felt my feedback was going nowhere. The discussion would have stopped if I was heard and understood in the first place. Teach your staff some manner and I'm sure you'll not lose customers and maybe some can also...

Just to clarify to the response below, the pizza was not offered to be made fresh again, instead was reheated and I was demanded to pay for the pizza as this was seen as my problem, even though i had to call the store 40 minutes after my order was placed to confirm if my order was accepted or not as the app still had said 'in preparation'' i noticed the blame is always placed on the customers in the google reviews, it would be good if apache took responsibility for their errors and not turn it back on...
