We were here for the first time. It was a special occasion and after reading all the reviews we had high expectations. The food was good, all do I should have ordered the madras extra spicy. It’s quite mild for me but tastes great. Hats off to the chef for taste and presentation.

What was really disappointing was the service from the waiters and those who served the food.

Maybe others wouldn’t care so much but when you come form a customer service background you appreciate it. It’s not hard to implement with staff training.

Maybe staff are new and have no customer service experience?

It’s appreciated especially nowadays when it seems to be hard to find. It makes the experience all the better and really does make you want to go back. Indictment have the feeling right now. Staff were not at all enthusiastic. Not willing to go or of their way to answer questions or get answers if they were unsure and they were quite cold in thier approach. We asked our server if the meat platter was big enough for two as a main course and the reply was yes. When in reality it was small and suited one. Luckily we both ordered our own dishes.

It’s not just about reputation and good food it’s about the experience. Especially not having been in a restaurant in almost two years.

I leave this review not to discredit the business but to help them improve. The manager was the nicest person we met on arrival and and when we were leaving and if his staff adopted his attitude it would make the world of difference.

Food was good do and we loved how up-to-date the place was. Really...

It's a beautiful restaurant with a lovely ambiance. The service and hospitality of the entire staff are incredible.

Since we were a group of 13 people, I got to try various starters and multiple mains. The prawn fritters were absolutely delicious (5/5) while the other starters, including the Chicken Boti (1/5) and Lamb Kebab (2/5), were disappointing. The chicken was chewy, bland, and not juicy at all.

The drink I tried, Taza's special Pina Colada, is definitely a 5/5.

It was unfortunate to see that all the mains had exactly the same taste. It seemed like the same gravy or curry was used for all, or rather, all the desi dishes were overly westernised. They were literally sweet. The Farah Chicken Karahi (2/5) and Bhunna Lamb (0/5) had the exact same curry. The Nihari was considerably better than the other mains, but you can easily find 10+ places with better Nihari in Dublin. The Biryani (1/5) was also below expectations.

We were 13 people and opted for the Early Bird menu, so each person had one starter, one main, and one selected dessert, with a couple of changes here and there. The total cost was around €850. I’ve had multiple corporate dinners at other similar restaurants like Daata Bray, where everyone had multiple starters and drinks, but the bill never reached this amount.

I wanted to give 2 stars, but the service and hospitality were excellent, which is why I’m giving 3 stars.

It's a great place to eat, and my review might be biased as I love pure desi food, and Taza has westernised all its dishes, which might be the reason they...

Everyone has a different experience of the restaurants they go in depending upon what expectations they have at the time of dining, so choose restaurant on your mood and occasion. My experience of this recommended restaurant is pleasant as I have not tried many dishes they had to offer so I would definitely go back but food served that day wasn’t upto our expectations and taste. Service and manager dealing were a fantastic experience, kind and accommodating, gave us a large table outside despite having no booking in advance. Food average not authentic et all, modified to taste of Irish. Desert kulfi and vermicelli good taste, chocolate brownie with ice cream also recommended (despite brownie was overly dry )Barbecue slightly overcooked, lamb chomps tasteless, biryani was more like a pulao, portion was small and raita served with it was done in sweet yogurt hence very sweet taste ( authentic isn’t sweet ), Farah’s karahai was recommended to us by staff but was like pumpkin mixed curry with large dry chicken chest pieces, basin pakoras were thick slightly burnt on outside undercooked on inside, prawn was the worst. Good ambience, clean envoirment,

Would recommend to visit and try it once ( with table booking in advance) not recommended if you want real...

One of the fanciest golgappa I've eaten, absolutely delicious where you'll get to savour all the taste in one. The complimentary poppadam comes with a mango chutney and mixed pickle, both were my most favorite. Also ordered mojito, Naan, paratha was too good and also rare in many restaurants, Paneer jalfrezi - i went with medium spicy, which I felt was bit too much. Steak was top class and since it was my graduation dinner they gave raspberry pudding on the house. The staff were so nice and checked frequently to see everything was alright and the atmosphere was so posh and cozy. Thanks to the staffs for making the evening a memorable one. Be sure to book a table as it gets pretty busy real quick. Totally recommended and definitely be going again!

Lamb shish was beyond amazing, flavours texture and portion that you dont want to end, plating was very noticeable and on point. Garlic butter naan barely tasted the butter barely had garlic on it just a few nibbles on eaxh piece with not much garlic flavour on it. While the panneer was very flavourful, and lastly the kulfi&vermicelli way very unique in both taste and design on plating the only downside the long wait for the dessert and each meal especially when we arrived before our original booked time where the restaurant were still less busy in mid dining started to be more busy but not enough to make it wait that much for a dish,
