Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dublin

For about 15 years, I've periodically ordered of Kilbarrack's PizzaHut. After a recent order that included pizza, chips, chicken goujons I found the food to be seriously lacking. The chips are very cheap and poor quality and taste more like cardboard and the pizza was disappointing as whatever the sides, I've never been let down by the pizza. It was bland and the base thicker than it should have been. I also found a piece of plastic baked into it from what appears to be the corner of a plastic bag typically used for storing food. For the price paid, the quality was poor and finding plastic in my food exposes shabby processes. Yes, I know accidents happen yet this just compounded everything else. The only good things I have to say is that the goujons were OK and the delivery driver was friendly and the food received in a reasonable timeframe. It's unlikely I'll order again as this particular Pizzahut has been on a downward spiral since it's heyday back in 2014 which is a pity as their pizzas back then were superior to all but the more classic Italian...

I've ordered twice. One from pizza hut and the other from wings street. Food is excellent. I found the delivery guy a bit annoying. Both the times he was the delivery guy. The first time it was late in the night, since we both are from same country, doesn't mean I speak Hindi. He started conversing in Hindi, I said I'm sorry I don't speak Hindi, and he started asking about my whereabouts in India and then he was telling me about his whereabouts and family. I said I have to go, he didn't let me, kept talking. And again today, it was the same guy. He is the only reason why I don't want to order food from Pizza hut, Kilbarrack besides the great food. I didn't expect wings street by pizza hut would again send the same guy. He started speaking Hindi again, I'm not a Hindi speaking Indian. I started walking away to avoid conversation with him but he kept going about this thing is not printed in the address, that is not, you should update your eir code blah blah. He is annoying and it is my personal...

If I could give no star I would. I have ordered here a few times and it has been good, tonight was so bad we waited a 1 hour & 20 mins for freezing cold food the driver was parked around the corner which I saw him drive by as I was waiting so long and looking out he then called to say he cudn find apartment about 7 minutes later an I seen him reverse and cudn believe that he was sitting there so long all that time an never rang? When the pizza came in it was actually cold to touch I had to heat it in the oven, my daughter spit out the chips because they were ice cold and like reheats! My partner then found a hair in the nachos which actually made us feel sick and end up throwing it In the bin, we rang to complain and the person who answers was so cheeky and argued saying the driver rang twice when he didn’t and continued to have terrible customer Service never even apoligised only offered us a free medium pizza next time even doh we payed 27 euro for that absolute disgrace of a meal...
