Supermac's & Papa John's Merlin Park — Restaurant in Galway

I had one of the most frustrating and downright unacceptable experiences with Merlin Park Supermac’s. My order was wrong, and when I called, they were hesitant to even re-deliver it. I was assured the driver would be sent straight back, but 30 minutes later nothing had arrived.

When I called again for an update, I was met with incredibly rude treatment from an employee named Rob. He spoke down to me in a condescending, sexist manner and even laughed at me while I was trying to resolve an issue caused by their mistake. This is absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Mistakes with orders can happen, but the way a business handles them makes all the difference. The dismissive, rude, and unprofessional behaviour I experienced was shocking. I will not be ordering from this location again, and I’d strongly caution others to think twice before giving them...

Came to Supermacs after the Galway races and ordered food for 4 so we expected a little bit of a wait as we got a pizza among other things, however the wait was well worth it as all the food was very fresh and generous portions. The manager brought down our pizza which had unfortunately lost a slice due to getting stuck in the oven! However the manager couldn’t have been nicer or more apologetic, he offered us complimentary dessert as an apology which he didn’t have to do, it was very kind of him. 10/10 service, we’ll be back for another feed of grub...

I recently stopped by Supermac after a long drive, hoping to grab a decent coffee since it was conveniently located near a petrol station. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.

The coffee I ordered was overburnt and the milk was overheated, making it almost undrinkable. Hoping for a better experience, I also tried their hot chocolate, but it too fell short of expectations.
