Supermac's & Papa John's Tuam Road — Restaurant in Galway

When we arrived, there was 1 person before us ,but he was being servived & another person waiting on his order . We ordered our food . And I went to the bathroom which was down stairs as well as toilets up stairs but it was 28 degrees outside I was tired , I just wanted the toilet , what an bombshell of an sight that I seen , there was the smell of faces which was very strong ,yes I know it's an toilet aera & these toilets were for disabled people or anyone who wanted to use them , there was faces on the floor in spots , smelly nappies in the Sanitary bins ,& sanitary wrapping on the floor , now come on where is the cleaniness here ,I know some other Supermac's check the toilets every hour also they have an rota cleaning page in the toilets to say they checked the toilets , I couldn't wait to get out of that toilet. I felt yuck, I forgot to take photos of that toilet, but to be honest, i couldn't wait to leave the toilet , but I'll never be back again . I did report it to the Manager & really he says ,like it is that bad , yes it is just check it out when I told him what I seen in the toilets, it took 15 mins before an staff member went in to clean it but in that time other people went in to use it , even children with there parents . It's not good enough. , it's not all about the money here & selling all your food it's about cleaniness & having respect for other people who want to have an clean toilet . Like you had an young guy going around the restaurant hoovering to make sure the front of your business looks so good ,so it's inviting when you walk in the door but an bomb has hit the toilet & the smell was disgusting but it was of the faces not urine . In response to customer service contact on 20.11.2023 requesting specific details about our experience. The restaurant was on the Tuam Road. The visit was on the 31st of October around 3-4pm.i did not keep my receipt but we definetely spent over €40. No other details

We used the drive through. We were in the queue for approximately 20 minutes but it did not appear busy and it was not at a busy time of day. . While waiting to be served, someone was unpacking boxes at the service window, a male who appeared to be in charge. He did not appear perturbed that customers were having to wait so he could pack his shelves. We were left waiting for this to happen and we had to park up in a bay to wait for our order and when it eventually arrived, they had forgotten one of the chips, the straws for the drinks and the sauces we requested. There were a couple of local crows that kept landing on the bonnet of the car which did not make me feel enthusiastic about the experience. On a positive note, the server was a lovely girl but was clearly distracted by the male unpacking as she was trying to take orders. The food was good. The girl who served us at the counter had a proper attitude. Abrupt and impolite. Misheard part of my order, even though I repeated it several times, but she remained non-apologetic. I ordered fish and chips for myself... had to wait five minutes or so but no problem with that as it's cooked fresh and served up on a proper plate with a side salad. The other item on our order was for 2 x chicken wraps with garlic sauce where there was a misunderstanding. She heard 'chicken breasts' and said they didn't come with garlic sauce. Finally managed to order the right thing. Wanted a choc milk shake but was told machine not working. Unfortunately the fish was not put on to cook first, the wraps were got almost straight away, put on a tray and left on the counter (so were lukewarm when fish was ready).
