Avoid avoid avoid!! Ordered a double cheese burger, it was cold. The only thing warm was the actual burger which I assume was microwaved, the bun and cheese were cold.. sent it back and we were then given the same burger which had obviously been microwaved, it was soggy and the cheese was liquid. The picture speaks for itself! I had previously seen the bad reviews but chose to just chance it anyways, it’s obvious this place has a big problem with their quality of food, staff won’t even acknowledge the problem!

Staff is great and very helpful but Menu is confusing, I ordered a chilli cheese fries which came with jalapeño and it was sour, while ordering from the screen the picture shows fresh green chilli which I was expecting, it’s a difference between chilli and jalapeño. They change it with only cheese and the staff doesn’t know difference between jalapenos and chilly, again staff was nice and polite.

Crispy onions are great on burgers and chips, definitely on my top 10 list. I got different types of buns for the Steakhouse last time, I liked the former ones much more. I don't know whether it was a mistake or they've demoted the steak house buns to the regular ones.

Crispy onions are great on burgers and chips, definitely on my top 10 list. I got different types of buns for the Steakhouse last time, I liked the former ones much more. I don't know whether it was a mistake or they've demoted the steak house buns to the regular ones.

Stopped off here while travelling to Galway. Very nice layout but seats worn and tatty. Service was very slow here for some reason. Waited 10 minutes for a simple order of Chicken Royale and small fries. Asked for mayo on the side and they refused. Server even asked manager but absolutely no. Shame as I don’t see the reason why not. I ask every BK restaurant I go to for mayo on the side and it’s never a problem. But here it is, apparently. Remember when BK’s motto was “have it your way!” and “you want it, you got it!” ?? Not any more it seems here. It’s only a little bit of mayo guys, your profits can take it!!! Food was piping hot and everything was freshly prepared. Couldn’t fault it. However, I would think twice before patronising this restaurant on my next few trips to Galway, unfortunately. Shot yourselves in the foot...

On a grim Monday in Galway,we made our way to Burger King,...we were in desperate need of some flame-grilled flavours...ordered up...one Whopper ,3 Bacon doubles and one plain cheeseburger.Five burger meals with drinks which was ordered in the menu computers..Whopper was cold,and one of the Bacon doubles was not on order..This was at a not busy time...went up to bring back the Whopper which was greeted with a shrug,and a manager sticking her finger in the burger to test the heat/cold ratio....after 5 mins a new whipper was available,but now the problem was how much mucus/body fluid was in said Whopper...not a good...

Order a whooper burger, and gave me so little sauce on the top of the burger, you could not swallow the bite of the burger. There was no sauce on the bottom or in the middle of the burger. When I went inside to complaine the staff made fun of me. After getting another whooper they poured so much white sauce in it and just on the top it was like sloppy Joe burger dripping everywhere, they did it on purpose by the supervisor order. When asked to talk to the manager he Is not in for the next 4 days and they have no one in charge.... Horrible service will not be going back...
