I was impressed & drawn to your ambience and social videos while researching a nice restaurant to dine in for a night away last night in limerick and as I had my parter with me and I wanted a nice romantic vibe so I booked a table.
Coming from the industry of Interior Architecture, Design & Fitout for hospitality myself I had some what a high expectation based on what I had seen I have never been to your premises before but from the moment we entered the premises we were in for an amazing evening….
From your unique & sultry ambience and decor to the excellent and attentive staff we had one of the best nights ever last night Your mixologist is a true treasure as my go to classic margarita was one of the best I have ever had, the wine was delicious 🤤, but the food was exceptional. I love the concept of sharing plates one of the reasons I chose to dine with you, we had the Brie & cranberry cubes, the amazing sirloin steak, the prawn pil pil & the Napoli salad it was the ipitamy of Italy on our plates My parter stopped in silence on his first bite
We are still discussing the taste & flavours today that’s how you know you have had a very memorable meal and experience we will most definitely be back see you all again Truely and incredibly evening from ambience, food & service thank you all @aces

Read moreReason for low score, sorry Aces. To be clear, place was quite not very busy. We sat at our table and no one came over in 11 mins to offer us a drink. We had closed our menus within mins of arriving as we knew what to order, so we sat there, no drinks and no one taking order. That's annoying. I gestured to a waiting staff, who by the way was standing there, aimlessly looking around, we were ready. Very nice girl, took our order timely. Our food started to arrive and the girl carrying the potatoes, clearly has no training in table service as she held a ramkin dish in her hand and had balanced a bowl in the crook of arm, where her braces were almost skimming the food. So strange. No one came near us at any stage to offer us more drinks.
I also witness 2 waitress emerged from kitchen chewing food and walking through restaurant, as well as lifting plates still chewing. And this was when we were still waiting to order.
And as a result I never left a tip and I always tip as it's a tough job.

Staff was great, though there was too little of it compared to the number of tables so service was slow. It was also very noisy so talking to one another was difficult. Cocktails were really grand!
Food though... We took the bruschetta, mushrooms, falafel, chicken skewers, bao buns, spring roll, pork belly and sticky beef tacos. Let's start with the great: the bao buns were great - fluffy with a healthy filling that was just the right balance of tastes. The good: the chicken skewers were fine. Sauce went well and the skewers were cooked well, even if the chicken ended up dry. The bad: everything else. The bruschetta was stale with really poor topping, the mushrooms filling just didn't make sense and ruined the dish completely, the falafel didn't taste good, the pork belly was overwhelmingly sweet and the spring rolls were filled with too much dry and tasteless meat.
