to say im furious with the treatment i received this morning is an understatement, I am a loyal customer of the hook and ladder going on 8 years I will never darken there business premises again, on stopping off this morning to purchase a coffee, the girl who attended me at the window told me it was buy a coffee received 1 free ( while the manager was not 2 foot away) the girl who served my is a lovely girl aways a smile and very cheerful a credit to the hook and ladder, but when the coffee was made the manager stopped the sale and informed me I had to pay for the second coffee as the promotion was only for seated customers which I declined to do so the coffee was basically poured down the sink, as a loyal customer I found this treatment totally disrespectful and very unprofessional never in my life have i received this treatment, i felt very upset walking away im only sorry now i didn't demand a total refund and have gone somewhere else to purchase a coffee where I would be treated with respect this review doesn't deserve the 1 star i gave it was the lowest option i could give i will never give my business again to the hook and ladder to be informed of a promotion and last minute it taken away is a despicable...

Absolutely fantastic experience at Hook & Ladder in Corbally, Limerick! My girlfriend and I decided to pop in for breakfast, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated right away. the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The decor of the venue is so tasteful. a perfect blend of modern and cozy, making it a lovely place to enjoy a relaxing breakfast. We were both immediately impressed with the atmosphere.

I ordered the Full Farmer's Breakfast, which was nothing short of amazing! A hearty, satisfying plate packed with delicious, fresh ingredients. My girlfriend opted for the Mini Farmer’s Breakfast, and she loved it just as much. The portions were just right and very reasonably priced considering the quality of the food.

And I have to mention the iced coffees. they were phenomenal! So refreshing and expertly made, they were the perfect complement to our meal.

All in all, we had an outstanding breakfast and will definitely be back. If you’re in the area, Hook & Ladder is a must visit. the service, food, and overall experience are second to none. 5 stars,...

Extremely disappointing. This was our first time trying Hook & ladder in Corbally, as we usually go to the Castletroy location and have never had any issues there. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. We waited 55 minutes for just two toasted sandwiches and soup, only to be told after 40 minutes that there wasn’t even enough soup for both meals. At no point were we informed about the wait time, and even though we were assured we were “next,” two other tables were served before us. We also noticed at least two other tables complaining about the delays. In the end, we walked out. Very poor service and such a letdown compared to Castletroy. What made it worse is that there was no effort to make up for the poor service — even something as simple as offering to cover our coffees would have shown some consideration. Instead, we left frustrated and let down. We won’t be returning to this location, and will stick with Castletroy where the service is...
