No Delivery, No Food, Good job I was paying in cash or would of been very bitter sweet, could of ordered food from any takeaway in Limerick but chose a wrong un, don't waste your time with this takeaway, not reliable, no food, don't bother

I was not contacted by phone, I have no missed calls from any number on the night in question, I double checked my number on the order, it is correct, there was no knock on the door or door bell ring, its sad you have to make up lies to cover your ass so you look like your being proactive and trying to salvage what bit left of a reputation your business has.

Produce the call log with the missed call of my number on the night of the 17th if its according to your records, click to add photo, if you can't everyone will know your lying

This is not the first time, food has gone undelivered with other customers too and your man on the phone is rude and clueless,read your other reviews, seems to be quite a common theme, why bother offering delivery service if your not gonna honour it and constantly disappoint customers, your doing your business absolutely no favours, sort your sh!t out or just offer...

ordered the same meal different portions i first ordered a chicken chow mein on Saturday night which was last night 7th of June and again tonight the 8th of June and gave no veg with my order chicken chow mein the same thing i ordered last night only gave dry noddles egg and small bit of chicken completely different to what i got last night the chicken was stripped chicken which last nights was square chicken i rang the shop and he tried to tell me no veg comes with it which it does as i ordered the same thing last night and tonights was completely different to what i got last night not one bit happy with my order i was looking forward to my food tonight expecting the same thing i got last night but was let down and giving something completely different to what i wanted!!! Make it worse he didn’t even offer to change the food for me all he did was give me anxiety!!! ABSOLUTE LAZINESS!!! Robbing people for there money!!! Very bad...

I received the wrong food. When I realised, 5 mins after the drive left, I attempted to call the driver who didn't answer x3 times. I subsequently called the restaurant who were extremely rude on the phone. I told them I received the wrong food, they asked if I had eaten it to which I replied "I haven't touched it, I saw it included noodles and chicken balls which are not my order". The restaurant called the driver who refused to return. The restaurant asked if I would just eat the chicken and accept their apology however I don't eat chicken so I refused. The restaurant then accused me of eating their food, despite me clearly saying I didn't, so they are unable to do anything about it. Another staff member took the phone and apologised, saying they will give me a refund. I expect a full refund of €20.50. Very disappointed and left hungry on 6th of 7...
