First Time Daining in Lotus Asian House Limerick! Horrible experience 😢 😫 Me and Wife ordered Vegetable undon Nudles and House special undon Nudles and curry chips, 2 coke Zero .

Coke Zero came flat and in 2 glass cups, no cans, or bottles 100% from plastic 2 bottles, which is not acceptable in a restaurant !!!!! When food came, chips were Ower cooked and curry, with no taste at all in curry chips . Undon Nudles, no extra sauce and asked specifically! Vegetable undon was made with frozen vegetables, no flavour at all ! House special undon Nudles reheated meats 100% no sauce or flavour at all ! Never ever coming back again or recommended to eat there to anyone! Service girl was nice and polite, but the owner was really weird and rude! When was booking table on a phone told they are full but when came was empty 😕 now...

But in short i won't be going back. What makes a good chinese is a curry, their curry this evening was so watery and tasteless and sadly they over cooked the chips - they tasted awful, just like the curry, must be also a cheap quality - the rice was nicely packed in a lovely white box and was nice actually but rice is normally OK anywhere you go, but overall it was a waste of fifteen euro fifty, the food was totally bland and easily the worst chinese i'v had to date. We didn't eat the order, and binned it shortly after - the picture attached shows the order in the bin now. Still wish this place well, the interior of the restaurant is about the best in Limerick. But sadly won't...

We got kicked out for being in the toilet. When we were in the stall in the toilet the waitress opened the door and came in like she’s the boss of the toilet. Food was terrible and extremely expensive, the water tasted like tap water. And while she was angry at us for being in the bathroom, she slapped the door at me and I got hit in the face. When we wanted to ask her what is the problem, she said that she doesn’t like us and that she’s the boss and we’re not allowed go there anymore and instead of answering our questions she just walked away.
