Coffee Corner Cafe — Restaurant in Municipal District of Cobh

My experience with you today is a DISASTER. I asked for a vegetarian curry, rice and Wedges at 12:20 & the place is not busy at all. The person who served was not clear about the curry, so she checked with another person and gave me a chicken instead of vegetarian (I felt that was chicken and told them as well during packing). They charged me 9.90€ for it. I brought it to my office and luckily there was a friend who tasted that and confirmed it is chicken. So I went back to them and requested to change it, they gave me a replacement with vegetarian one. Lost 20 minutes of my lunch time today as well.

But the most surprising element is they have never bothered to atleast say a SORRY to me.

This is my first bad service experience in Ireland.

You have lost a customer today. I'm never coming again.

It's not about food, its about beliefs, culture and most important is health. Your negligence might have costed me a lot.

Visited the place. They have renovated the place recently. Easy place walk in as my workplace is nearby. Have been visiting the place regularly for the past 1 year now. Food is lovely. Anything you can try lots if variety in the Foods. And Tastes lovely Veg Sausage was lovely today. Highly Recommended place to visit. Very popular around the Area. Popped in for a bit of lunch. There was a good selection of sandwiches, wraps, and other stuff in breads available. There is also a selection of sweet treats as well. The restaurant is nicely decorated and comfortable. I got a chicken tika wrap and a caramel square, and my wife got a tuna sandwich. The price came to around €22 which considering the size of the items and tiny side salads on the plates, was steep. The food tasted ok, but I would say bot worth the price.
