One of my favourite places for food. They cater for a wide range of dietary options, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. I'll be the first to admit that as someone who enjoys meat, vegan and vegetarian options aren't usually the first things that appeal to me when eating out but I've been converted here. The halloumi flatbread is only gorgeous! I'm always torn between that or the beef brisket toastie. My partner is a typical meat-and-two-veg kinda fella but he can't get enough of the nachos. The coffee is by Badger & Dodo, which is roasted in Cork, and goes down well with a raspberry brownie. I haven't tried the home dinners yet but the options sound really good. I wish I could leave a positive review, but I can only describe the terrible service we experienced. The server seemed to deliberately ignore our table. We did nothing but sit and wait for her to take our order. Despite asking politely a couple of times, she repeatedly told us she would be right over. After waiting over half an hour and seeing people who arrived after us get served, we decided to leave and the waitress could not care less. (It is not like the place was full and she was overworked.) The experience was very strange and disappointing. Luckily right across the street from this place was a food truck - Tania’s - where we got the best and friendliest service and ate delicious...
