Costa Coffee Wexford Retail Park — Restaurant in The Borough District of Wexford

As a teenager I was excited that there was a costa opening up in the retail park as me and my friends usually walk around that area. I went about a week ago and I asked for a strawberry iced infusion and safe to say that the woman making the drink was not trained what so ever as she had to ask another man how to make the drink. Eventually after me standing there in a line and waiting for about 20 minutes she handed me that drink and there was no ice in it and I didn’t think I would have to ask for Ice considering it’s an Iced infusion. The woman didn’t even look at me after I said that I you for the drink. The drink wasn’t the same thing as I got when I asked for a strawberry iced infusion in the costa down in Wexford town. It was basically warm water with a small fruity taste, not what it’s supposed to be. Yesterday me and my friends went in and I asked the same woman for a mango and passion fruit cooler, after she looked at me confused she looked in the cupboard they didn’t have the mango mix so they offered me the berry one. The woman had to ask how to make this drink aswell. After I got the drink me and my friends looked for somewhere to sit and there were lots of free seats but the tables looked as if they had not been cleaned since the place opened, not one staff member smiled or cleaned any of the tables. You would think that after a few months of being opened the would know how to make the drinks and clean the place. Half the staff were walking around looking clueless. This costa is no where near as good as the one down town. I will not be returning here...

Stay Far away from this Costa Coffee location. One of the female employees Kamila (blonde girl) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, she refused to acknowledge me, acted dismissive, and clearly had no interest in providing basic customer service. When I politely asked for a straw, she flat-out refused, which was baffling. Two year ago she was there as well with an extremely disrespectful attitude and mean rude attitude. This girl has no clue how to talk friendly to customers and how to be kind. She has zero social skills whatsoever. Even till other customers noticed how a mean girl she is. Apparently many complaints have been made about this girl and even ex employees acknowledge how a bad character this girl is and they’re happy not to work with her anymore as she transferred from Wexford Town to this Costa. She knows exactly how to manipulate the situation around her most likely her boss as well. How come after many complaints this girl still works there is beyond me. Her attitude was disrespectful and gave off nothing but bad vibes. I’ve never encountered such mean behavior from a staff member in a customer-facing role. She should absolutely not be working in customer service if this is how she treats customers. Very unpleasant visit—won’t be returning to this location anytime soon and so will many others not, as bad news travels 10x faster...

Went in for 3 hot chocolates.My wife went to the counter order.The blender was broken.The woman serving us asked her co worker what she should do.Her co worker completely ignored her and proceeding to continue to gossip to another worker. After a long delay the problem was sorted. Meanwhile I was looking around for a table.I counted 9 tables which were dirty and had used cups,bags and half eaten food etc on them.I had to get some napkins from the counter and done the best I could to clean one myself so we could sit down.It was still fairly sticky but done the job.What amused me was the workers watched me in my attempt to clean and offered no help.We drank our 3 cups of tepid hot chocolate which were as far away from the advertisement as you could possibly get.I...
