KFC Wexford Retail Park — Restaurant in The Borough District of Wexford

I am regular customer with my family in KFC. We visited Waterford and I can only say - AVOID THIS PLACE!

Food doesnt taste fresh, likely is sitting there too long and become to wett.

The worst thibg I would like to mention is absolutely unprofesional behavior of staff STEFANIE, Who served me with a total ignorance. Evwrything was a problem. We asked for 7up - they only have zero, we asked to change it on collection time, this was a problwm, she bang into till, rolled eyes with body language of we bother her.

Both of us my family and frend and his son left in shock. No cuttlery given with food, mixed order and “sad” behavior of other yong male staff was just a cherry on top! We wanted to change bbq sause that we didnt order for garlic sauce that we order - samw unhelpfull behavior, comments, rolling eyes, just discussed and I point this to Stefanie and said that she not suppose to act like this and is unfair to customers…no apology, no nothing!

That staff member is somethibg we will not ever this facility again, unless such a person work there.

Toilet : disgusting, men were out of order - disability in condition of train station, smell, piss, blocked sing, we decided not use and drive to other facility. Obviously staff...

Was in KFC Wexford town getting a deluxe boneless feast which I regularly buy for my family Asked the girl for 4 small gravy instead of two large and was told no even though it’s the exact same amount of gravy I explained to the girl that I do in every KFC and it’s never an issue and I have even been given them at this location previously The girl says her manager won’t allow her to do this Totally ridiculous as I only want them as it’s easier to share with the children and let messy So then I’m waiting in the drive through for about three or four minutes and no sign of the food At this point my three children get out of the car and use the toilet and still manage to get back before the food is ready Overall a very disappointing visit to kfc wexford Maybe kfc should do an inspection to see the...

Haven't been to KFC in years as the last time it was mediocre at best. It hasn't changed.... We ordered the Tower meal . The chicken burger was nice in fairness. The fried chicken was greasy as it is bound to be , fries soggy and brown. Bad potato variety chosen for chips it seems ! Corn on the cob lacking in any flavour as the miniscule dribble of buttery matter leaked from the plastic bag it was both presented and evidently heated in. Have ye not heard how dangerous it is to have microplastics seeping into food and causing cancer. Plastic and hot food are a no no !
