I heard this place was good but that was not my experience. In fairness I can't say anything about the food or beverages here because I didn't get served. On two occasions I waited ages at the hatch for ordering and nobody came. There were two girls preparing food. One kept fixing her ponytail before handling some food which isn't the best for hygiene. The girls are so friendly and always up for the chats and a laugh and even though I’m not a coffee drinker the girls have always went above and beyond to help me try new things and they are always AMAZING!! I love the fact they are always busy. I always get my cappuccino extra hot and extra frothy and it is spot on everytime. I don't mind waiting as I love their Terry's Orange Protein Balls. I also love that it is dog friendly as I get to pet some cute doggies. Customer service is great as there was an issue with another customers order and when it was brought to their attention it was resolved immediately.
