KFC Kilkenny Retail Park — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Kilkenny City

Got food today from the saver menu they have and I was excited to try the food with my husband. Paid for our order and was handed a bag with 2 tiny burgers in it. I explained that isn't what we ordered and told them what we actually ordered to be met with attitude saying we are wrong. The burgers were 3.10 each, we paid almost €15 for our order. When I tried to explain I was talked over and told we ordered the wrong thing..we told her how does it make sense that the 3.10 burgers were costing us €15 then to be met with more attitude. Eventually the manager came out and she also was rude to us, I explained to her what we ordered and she went into an office. My husband pulled out the receipt and on it in small letters it said "snk bx" or something similar, I showed them that and I was then met with apologies from both staff members. I accepted the apologies and understood the board they were working off of only mentioned the burgers. My issue is instead of listening to me calmly explaining my predicament they spoke over me and acted like I was trying to get free food out of them. I didn't give 1 star because they did apologise but maybe in the future your staff should listen to people and not be rude/ disrespectful, not once did I raise my voice to them or get angry. I work with customers daily and in a busy store too i understand stress but we were 2 of 3 people in there...

Due to the low quality of food served when the manager Ginka previous rude blonde now dark haired lady i would advise people to go to mc Donald's as a regular customer here I can say the quality is hit or miss but it has become a miss now 90% of the time it's rare to get a quality meal which are not cheap I believe they make thousands in profit in the drive through by not giving you everything you paid for You will need to bring your own cleaning equipment because hygiene standards are low from the lobby tables not being cleaned to the toilets being filthy I have lost all hope in this place As a fan of KFC I would advise going to a different restaurant where your money is not wasted the trouble is they get it together for 2 or 3 months then it's back to rubbish fix your managers get it together ill try again in 3 months if I have another bad experience I'll be emailing HQ before you drag the KFC brand into to the gutter. Horrible experience with kfc, placed an order with just eat this morning, order food worth €40 and when it arrive it was the wrong order completely. Delivery driver didn’t look at the receipt and make sure it was the correct food going to the correct place. We tried ringing kfc to address this issue but they didn’t answer and this isn’t the first time, they have a phon number but won’t answer it. The delivery driver came back after 20 minutes looking for the food back which the burger was eaten as it was the same burger we had ordered and the rest was stone cold so we were giving it back and he refused to give us our food that we had paid for!! He told us ring kfc slammed his car door and drove off!! Absolutely ridiculous carry on!! Tried ringing kfc again and they will NOT answer! Will be advising people to stay...
