Apache Pizza Portlaoise — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Portlaoise

was waiting over an hour for my food when I realised I put down wrong phone number on my order I rang to let them know and to ask about my order the woman shouted at me over the phone saying they were at my door knocking , wouldn’t even let me speak as she kept shouting on the phone to me that I put the wrong number down! No one had been at my door trying to deliver either must have been at the wrong house as I was waiting, I sat beside my door waiting to hear someone two doors down from me so they had the wrong house in the first place! The delivery driver came down to my house and started to give out to me over the wrong phone number again! not a way to be speaking to customers I’ve never had someone talk to me like this from a restaurant! Is there a set service charge or do ye charge what ye want because ever time I go in it’s more than the cost I’ve been given on just eat….. the service charge is added there aswell so is there two or am I going mad it doesn’t say anywhere about another service charge anywhere in the shop. Every time I use this place I’ve to go back and transfer more money because I forget to add more money for the none explained service charge. Your man serving is brilliant at his job always on the ball your one always seems to be going mad at the poor lad 😂 but yeah if anything is to come about those maybe add on the extra service to the already existing 50cent and clearly display it next time I’m not transferring it over and only giving the amount that’s displayed on just eat. It was good but has completely lost focus on the food that they sent out , the last three pizzas were starting to change my mind . The food is very salty leaving you with a incredible thrist the following morning ( yes the last three so it wasn't anything else that I consumed) the ingredients appear to have way cheaper and not fresh . The last pizza was a nightmare. My honest opinion go somewhere else . especially with response of customer services .
