I've traveled all the world and this must have been one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had in my life. It started with a greasy table, a dirty menu and then they gave me a dirty cup. After politely asking for a new one, next thing we got was dirty plates. Asked for new ones, got them, but the chef wasn't happy about it (he had to clean them for some reason), since it disturbed him from flirting with the waitresses and throwing water bottles through the open kitchen. We've ordered the Chicken Tandoori and the meat was actually very good, but partially burned. The extra Naan we've ordered smelled and tasted like soap (my wife didn't agree on that one, she said it was ok) and the onions on the Chicken Tandoori Plate were also burned. Not a little, but like dark black burned. Never seen anything like that before. Service was also a catastrophe. The restaurant was not busy at all, but I still had to go to the front bar and ask for the bill. When the waitress asked us how the food was and I answered: "Look at this mess" pointing to the burned onions, she just laughed. That was it. I left the smallest tip of my life (2 Euro) and we got out of there. Unbelievably...
Read moreVery poor customer service .as this company collaborates with the too good to go bag app to minimise food waste which is great but because i wanted it delivered with the delivery man with the rest of my order from uber eats that is over €30 they wouldnt send the good to go bag on delivery man which makes no sence as from there side main thing should be that someone can collect doesnt matter who collects if i am the one paying from my pocket .They get the set price for the good to go bag that is left over waste thats enough full stop. i am excluded from purchasing the too good to go bag offer for no valid reason just because its not me personally collecting which makes no sense if i am the one paying delivery man who is already delivering food for me from their restaurant,Also one of the staff lied about closing time for deliveies because of the same reason. Its a pitty the food is good and service is not i think managment should really invest in there customer service. My last time making purchase at this restaurant will not support this business no longer. As management and staff very rude and give misleading information...
Read moreI get my daughter a bubble tea every weekend from froyo land and it's excellent my daughter loves it. A new bubble tea section in grill and trill opened so we said we would try it, she order a London fog I believe it was called, when I saw what they handed her my sceptical feelers shot up, she let me taste it, no joke this was literally milk, water and cut up blackcurrant jellies served in a cup for €6.75,it was disgusting, the look of disappointment on my daughters face was obvious but she was pretending it was OK, I asked her if she wanted to bin it and go to froyo land and she didn't even think twice about it, what an absolute scam, milk water and cut up jellies is not bubble tea. And the fact they had a song about cannibus playing in the restaurant when it's supposed to be a family friendly establishment is another complaint I have, children shouldn't be hear about passing dutchie to the left while sipping their "bubble tea" stay well away unless you want...
