Indian Catastrophe The worst Indian restaurant I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.

Despite several days prior notice of a large booking, the staff were unwilling to serve us, preferring to concentrate on their takeaway orders. The waiters seemed unable to give starters, clean cutlery or even glasses. The meat dishes had hardly any pieces in them. When advised as to his lack of service and paltry portions, the manager aggressively asserted that he [a Bengali] didn't want to serve us [Asians] but prefers to deal with his Irish customers' takeaway orders. Given that we were the only customers on a Saturday night, one wonders why he doesn't shut the restaurant and re-open as a takeaway joint instead.

I'm a usual customer of this restaurant i ordered at least once a week but i will not order ever again from them every time i order in the actual place in person the have problem in counting always giving back the wrong change so i started paying by card and ordered online last Thursday pre ordered food so it would come early but it was an hour late so i called them were is the order the guy said next five minutes i said ok and hanged up but i just realised today from my credit card that the guy just made a new order trough the phone without telling me so i payed nearly 100 euro for 4 dishes as the new order got delivered but the old one didn't I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THE FOOD WAS...

Ordered via just eat with pay in cash option. Order came to 25.40 but when collecting this man charged me 28. When questioning he said saag panner does not come with pilau rice despite website saying mains come with either boiler rice, pilau rice, naan or chips. He than said it's not a main course. Was going to show him the just eat site but he wasn't going to look at it nor listen too me. He was very rude. Not the way you treat customer. He won't see me again and if you don't want to get fooled you better stay away from him. Should have left his premises without the food and without paying. I know he doesn't care about this or any other negative feedback but thought I have to...
