Rang in an order, the girl was abrupt and rude on the phone. Arrived to collect the order and was given a burger with all the toppings when i had asked her for a plain cheese quarter pounder. When i asked the girl for the plain burger i had ordered she initially argued with me and then eventually went to swap it. When i got home realised that instead of giving me a fresh burger(there were many on the griddle at the time), she made a half arsed attempt at scraping off the coleslaw etc and gave me back the same burger. Not acceptable at all. There needs to be changes in staffing if this place is to survive. I for one will certainly not be back. The burger was expensive , poor quality and the service was shocking. The chips were average. Plenty other options in the town, will take my business...

The food is only OK, the service was not very good at all. I was overlooked while three new people had come into the takeaway after me and they were served ahead of me.. Then when they eventually took my order 10 minutes later they actually forgot to cook it and I had to wait a further 25 minutes. They then forgot to give me my drinks, so I had to go back to get them and when I left and I went to eat my meal I found that they had gotten my order wrong.. I didn't go back as I had had enough of them and just vowed not to ever go back to waste my time or money! I would not recommend this takeaway! I forgot to mention the dirty floors and sticky tables, it is lacking in the hygiene department also! Street parking only...

Went last night to what I was led to believe by reviews was a great chippy. Fish and chips,the fish itself was nice but the batter wasn't,it all came apart and the batter didn't taste nice at all,the chips were pretty good but the peas weren't mushy they were just garden peas and the coleslaw I don't know what it was it was so dry neither were eaten. Hotdog meal, the hotdog sausage was nearly black it was that well cooked,into the bargain it was some sort of pepperoni sausage that was horrible to be honest. Maybe I got them on a bad night but spent a good few euros to be left so disappointed...
