Paid a visit to my home town of Tralee last weekend. Went to the Castle Bar to meet family and friends. The Castle Bar is an old friend. Customers are highly valued and that's why we keep going back. You are assured of excellent service and a fabulous atmosphere. No type of anti social behaviour is tolerated in the Castle. Friends and visitors enjoying good drinks and good conversation in comfort. Simply the best pub run by genuinely lovely people. I just arrived back to my native county one week ago. The Castle was always my favourite pub. It's still the same welcoming pub that it's always been. The Castle Bar has a unique atmosphere. Customer service is impeccable as is the Guinness. Or whatever your favourite tipple is. It definitely has the personal touch. I wasn't surprised to see the same customers there. Very sports oriented pub but not to the point where you can't have a conversation. If you want a warm welcome and a great atmosphere then the Castle Bar is the place. After a 3 and a half hour drive from waterford we arrived in Tralee for one night pass over. I had messaged this bar the previous night to see if the football was on and they replied that was. We entered the bar and asked for a drink and where denied service immediately and told they dont need a reason, we are not getting served, and were told to leave. I could not believe what happend as we walked out the door. Extremely ignorant man behind the bar that has absolutely no reason for his actions.
