Slice Wood Fire Pizza — Restaurant in Waterford

I absolutely love slice.It is by far the best pizza in waterford.I get the pizza of the week every friday and it never fails to impress me.John and his wife are such a lovely couple really friendly and very passionate about their business.The pizza of the week creations are amazing and because of this i have started trying foods i would have never dreamt of eating before.His ideas are great and i check to see what pizza he has come up with every week.Some sound weird but somehow he makes it work and really well at that.I always order for collection and they noticed my name on the order had changed since i had got married that week and they decided to give me a dessert on the house (banoffee pie)which was absolutely amazing and so kind....His salads are the best especially his Johns salad everything is sourced locally and last of all its probably the best pizza...

Found this place while looking on google maps nearby restaurants to eat while been in waterford for few nights Read the reviews on trip advisor and was impressed by the comments pf clients but also impressed with the owners (John)feedback and interaction with some not so good and in my professional opinion unfair comments to the way he handled them We visited the place and the rest is all good memories because the way i say to people when you cook nice food you don't just feed people you create memories.John and his staff are very professional lovely people. My boyfriend and I visited here last month (January). I do love the thin crust and the sauce was delicious. I absolutely loved that they were willing to specialize our order as well. I really appreciated the service and the food was great! The brownie... To die for. Dramatic, but truly honest. Incredibly delicious.

Nice and gooey in the center and perfectly crispy at the ends... I loved it! More than the pizza I have to say. No offense, but I would go just for the brownie again except a bigger portion. It was too good. Anyways, nice place. Can't wait to visit again...
