I love this fish and chip shop always great food until last night, I went in 20 mins before they closed while the fish was ok it wasn't as good as a few weeks ago and the chips had been hanging around to long. I will make a mental note to only go in when they are busy. I once went in to a fish and chip shop in Gainsborough and while I was waiting they scooped around 20 portions of chips in to a large paper sack and binned them, they had been hanging around to long and had gone dry, a waste yes but they kept their standards very high.
