Unfortunately our anniversay dinner was spoiled by the rude attitude of the bartender literally yelling at me and slamming a glass of ice down on the bar. After politely requesting from her initially, who told us ,"sit down and ask the waitress", then asking the waitress, to then asking the server after our food came out, then finally getting up and asking a 4th time at the bar when I was almost done eating my entire meal, I was yelled at by both the bartender and the hostess. It was shocking and disrespectful to a client who you are actually being paid to provide service to, especially a senior. This was no exaggeration and our reviews are not " to shame" :the staff is doing that themselves and any loss to your business is a direct result of an accurate review and a customer who felt not only neglected but violated by being shouted at in her face. The only acceptable response is an apology. I would never return to the restaurant even if a meal was offered OTH; which is what I would have done having worked many years in the hospitality industry in hotels and restaurants. A real pity because the food is good and we have been frequent customers. This experience left...
Read moreSeriously, I clearly don't understand why this place gets so many positive reviews. My family and I went to this place. We ordered the burgers (200gr) for 58 NIS each, the hotdog for 46 and lemonade for 14 each. The burger was clearly smaller than 200gr (a McDonald's kids size burger) and way overcooked. It's far away from being 200gr. The hotdog was the same as in the grocery store for the price like it was homemade. The lemonade (the simplest drink ever) was from the canon. All burgers come with different cooking levels (in the menu note that it's the chef's choice) from undercooked to overcooked. The menu's way overpriced. The view and chips were pretty good though. In the end, we got the bill with a request for tips (of course they didn't forget about this) starting from 12% and jumped by their choice as well... This was our first and the last time at this place. Overall feeling it's like this place working for the tips and not consumers. To be honest, we live in Tel Aviv and the prices are way overpriced even for people who come...
Read moreI was expecting to giver this place 5 stars but was a bit disappointed at the end. We came in during the evening and everything looked great. You get a seaside view (if you sit outside), music was not too loud and there was a free table for us. The menu looks promising and the waiters are very nice and helpful. We ordered 2 burgers with fries and a beer. We were told the meat comes medium or medium done (no other options, that's how they make it)and we had no issues with that. Burgers Came in a reasonable time. Fries were pretty good but the problem was with the burger itself. While it was medium-well on the inside, it was a bit dry and burnt on the outside which was noticeable. This was my only gripe. Price is similar to other good burger places - around 80 shekels for a Hamburger (not including...
