This is honestly one of the best restaurants I have been to in my entire life - I mean it and I am very picky and have high expectations. In this area it was not easy to find a place, that would be satisfying, so If you struggle like me - visit Da Vinci Bistrot! The food is exquisite! Everything is fresh, well balanced when it comes to spices and super high quality. They will also welcome you with the best foccacia in Italy - fresh and warm 🤤. Meat is always perfectly made and the taste is just heaven. They also have a great wine and drink selection. You will find a lot of locals here and you will not feel like a tourist at all. But what is most amazing about this place is an atmosphere. People are so warm and friendly, they are kind and very passionate about what they do. They made my lonely trip very bright and made me feel like home. I will never forget the time I spent here, the great food, attention, fantastic atmosphere and lovely conversations we had. If I go back to this area in Italy, one of the reasons will be to dine here again....

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Da Vinci Bistrot!

Every dish was a perfect balance of tradition and flavor, starting with the trio of crostini—each one offering a unique and delicious bite, from the creamy liver pâté to the delicate lardo and savory pink tartare.

The grilled beef was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned—served simply with fresh greens and a drizzle of olive oil to let the quality shine through.

But the standout? The pappardelle al ragù. Handmade, silky pasta paired with a rustic, rich meat sauce and a touch of rosemary—comforting and refined all at once.

Modern style bistro, very pleasant, service absolutely excellent and competent - a few young men who really know what they do! Food - TOP QUALITY !!! We had a Bistecca Fiorentina from Chianina which we had tried for the first time in Rome in 1985. Ever since we had looked for the same experience and pleasure and FINALLY we found it. It seems that these young team knows, what quality means - beef from happy stressfree Chianina animals! - perfectly tender and prepared to perfection, worth three Michelin stars. Thank you!!
