Pizzeria Manzoni — Restaurant in Abano Terme

First of all, that restaurant is a mess. Its run by I guess an old couple/family? Also, they do not speak english, if anyone is interessted. (Didnt matter to me) When we got the menu cards, I was instantly disgusted. You clearly saw all those insect egg's and dirt all over the menu card "wrappers". We ordered Pizza and Coke. Coke was in a can, nothing wrong with that. The Pizza was bad. Its dough was really dry, probably a few days - weeks old. The rest of the pizza didnt really have any taste, just that taste of "old". To be honest, a 1€ frozen Pizza is better in my opinion. A few hours after that Pizza, we both, my girlfriend and me felt sick. Our stomach hurt bad.

Legit everything there was dirty. That salt and pepper shaker were dirty, looked like there was snot on the salt shaker. Very disgusting. Never going back there, ever again.

Came here after reading the reviews saying it was reasonably priced and we weren’t disappointed! Came at 11pm and ordered two pizzas, they were wood fired and we got to watch the man make them! All the staff seem like an older generation of Italians and are super nice.

They had such a great menu with a whole vegetarian pizza section, pasta and gnocchi, baguettes etc. The April spritz were fabulous and so cheap too. Recommend coming here for a chill night, would be great for singles, couples...
