Relilax's Cuba Cafe' & lounge — Restaurant in Abano Terme

This review was meant to be written quite some time ago, more specifically six months ago. However, just as Ramón so freely and unpretentiously advised us, we went with the flow, kept the vibe transpiring that night at the bar close to our heart, and postponed the feedback on that amazing serata, never forgetting Relilax, resulting in epiphany-like moments of "We have to make Ramón's review!".

Relilax's Cuba Café is a warm accogliente tropical escape for all who wish to feel the Cuban essence in its straightforward honesty. From afar you recognize its colorful fence, surrounding a comfortable front yard, where one can't help but seat and chat. Alle pareti are the blue white and red colours which identify the Cuban flag and the esteemed culture and traditions it represents. Portraits of acquainted personalities, such as General "Ché" and Omara Portuondo, frame the cultural depth Relilax's embodies. All of these elements accompany you to the warm welcoming of Ramón Martínez, cocktail expert with multiple won awards, a perfect and perceptive ristoratore, who understands the client's needs and wants, making you feel at home, providing a Cuban corner in Abano Terme.

In sum, the only place outside of Cuba where a Mojito is something beyond a Mojito, un assaggio di "ropa vieja" comforts a hungry spirit, e um passo de dança ao ritmo caraíbico que liberta a alma dos escárnio e mal-dizeres.

We went on bicycles when in Abano Terme on an afternoon 45 minutes before they open. The waiter Ali did serve us beautifully. The cocktails are outstanding. They serve excellent Shisha for those who enjoy one. Could not judge about the atmosphere since it was on a lazy early evening. The only negative is that despite their Cuba name, they do not serve...

I came here thinking to find some Latin vibe. Not at all, the guys are Albanian and Pakistani, people smoke ashisha amd listen to Asian music. I was so sad as I came quite a long way searching for a Latin atmosphere:( I don’t know about the food as I didn’t orther any and the Cuba libre I ordered...
