Update July 2024: the restaurants name has changed and with it the service and food (spoiler ahead: not for the better).

The night before we went there for dinner, we already had a snack during the medical festival (which is great). The pizza bite there was burnt below, but it was a busy night, so we didn’t pay too much attention.

For the dinner itself: the menu card is kind of hard to read, and it doesn’t seem they put much effort in creating it. The pizza names are all bands or songs, but it doesn’t really relate. No drinks are listed on the menu card, but they serve beer, water and soft drinks.

We ordered some appetizers and 4 pizzas. The appetizers were small baked paninis, which is not very varied in itself for a pizzeria. The pizzas are sort of pan baked (if that’s correct). The were ok, but we liked the Neapolitan style much better.

The service was ok, but the appetizers came really late (and just a minute before the pizzas came), we got sparkling water instead of still water (not a big thing, but adds to the overall picture), and one pizza was ordered with tomato sauce, but came „bianco“ (with creme cheese). Waitress came only once, I would t have mind to order a second beer.

The played nice jazz music, but also rather loud.

Prices are ok, but also rather at the higher range (also given the rather small sizes).

Overall: not the „to be“ place it was before.

——— Somehow not even worth commenting (as many others did before): this lovely place does exactly what it says: Pizza&Beer - On an extraordinary high level! Food is great, service is great. If you are into pizza, go there! Food: 5/5 Service:...

I recently visited this pizzeria and had a very mixed experience. The service was excellent — the staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful, which I truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the quality of the pizza was very disappointing. It tasted more like a frozen pizza than something freshly made in a restaurant. If I wanted that kind of experience, I could have just made one at home.

Based on the many positive reviews I read beforehand, I had higher expectations. Sadly, my experience didn’t match those reviews at all. If you're looking specifically for great pizza, I wouldn’t...

Extreme rip off. Pizza feels like frozen pizza, but the biggest problem is the rest. They charge 8e for a glass of tetrabrick wine, on top of the extra 1.5e “service” not advertised anywhere. It looks like the place change hands and they live off the high reviews of the old business, which should not be legal. Avoid this place at all costs, if you are to be ripped at least get some decent...
