Cohiba — Restaurant in Alghero

This was the worst service ever. When we come to the cafe, we got food Menu, we had to call the waitress ourselves so that we could place our order, because nobody wanted to serve us (maybe because they don't speak English much) When the waiter came, he said that the kitchen is closed and we can only choose panini or snacks. We ordered a panini and a drink, unfortunately when the drink was brought with the empty glass it was terrible..glass was lipsticks all around it. It's strange how they don't notice such things, we all know that's their job. And the worst thing is that after waiting for 30 minutes, they didn't bring us our panini (only sandwiches), I think they forgot about us. We had to pay for the drink and leave this cafe...

It's was mediocre at best to be honest.

Good things first : nice selection of beers and friendly staff - but not super attentive.

After our appetiser they forgot us.. Sat close to one hour, before the server came to ask if we wanted coffee...

We said no, we would like our main course first. After 20 minute it arrived. Cold fries, the "melted cheese" was a solid cold block of cheese, the corn was cold.

The meat was a good cut of meat, but was not seasoned even a little bit.

Had to go and ask for salt, Peper etc because they also forgot that.

No complimentary bread, but we were charged for it anyway

All in all a sad experience...

Esperienza terribile. Lascerei ZERO stelle come review se potessi.

Abbiamo ordinato una cotoletta alla milanese che e’ arrivata cruda al suo interno. L’abbiamo fatto notare e la cameriera ha fatto la faccia lunga. L’hanno sostituita e fino a li’ tutto ok. Puo’ succedere. Sono arrivati poi i calamari fritti. Terribili, estremamente duri. L abbiano fatto notare subito e ci hanno offerto di rifarli. Al che abbiamo detto, no grazie per non correre un alto rischio. Invece li hanno riportati. Non ho detto nulla per non discutere. Sono risultati esattamente duri e stopposi come i primi. Nessuno ci ha chiesto come andavano la seconda volta. A fine cena la cameriera con faccia stizzita li ha ritirati vedendo che non li avevamo consumati e non ha chiesto nulla. L’ho fatto presente alla signora in cassa che con arroganza mi ha chiesto se stavo scherzando e che aveva appena mangiato una porzione di calamari fritti e che a detta sua erano buonissimi. Ho spiegato che di solito non ritorniamo cibo e che non era certo per risparmiare 15euro. Niente da fare ce li ha addebitati e nemmeno le scuse.

Peccato perché per una settimana abbiamo mangiato benissimo ad Alghero e dintorni come anche da mie recensioni precedenti di altri ristoranti ma questo e’ davvero da dimenticare.

Servizio pessimo cosi’ come anche il cibo.

Non devo leggere le altre recensioni per giudicare la NOSTRA esperienza - alcune tra l’altro confermano il nostro disappunto proprio sulla qualità’ della frittura di calamari e sul servizio. Che abbiate assaggiato la frittura poco importa… forse non avete ben capito come funziona il concetto delle recensioni. Vi lascio nella vostra ignoranza e maleducazione e vi...
