Farinando - Pizza alla Pala — Restaurant in Ancona

My favourite pizza place in Ancona. They have at least 10 different pizza daily. The pizza is more on the expensive side for Ancona, but I still go there because they serve different type of pizza. In farinando, the bread is almost like focaccia, which is thicker and chewier than the piadina-like bread in some other pizzeria. The price for a slice is around 2 eur depends on the type, but I think it's worth it. Go for the simple margarita, or sometimes they have some crazy stuff such as stoccafisso, omelette and asparagus, quattro formaggio with melograno. It is a great place to be adventorous with pizza. Good and some unusual pizza (try the pizza with peach and blue cheese!), good price. It's not a typical restaurant, where you get seated and served. You have to draw a ticket, wait in line until your ticket number is called out, order your pizza, pay and sit somewhere (not a lot of space, though).

Byłem tu kilka razy. Za każdym razem obsługa robi łaskę, że mnie obsługuje. Ostatnim razem (12.05 wieczorem) dostałem odmowę podgrzania pizzy na wynos. DLACZEGO? Bo jest dużo klientów na miejscu! Powinna liczyć się kolejka i to w jakiej kolejności w niej stoimy! Wasz szef zamówił automat z numerami aby usprawnić obsługę, ale z lenistwa nie uzupełniacie numerów, bo skończyły się kiedy byliśmy tam. Pizza na wynos jest tańsza od tej na miejscu, że nie mogę prosić o ciepłe danie? Kosztuje dokładnie tyle samo, więc kto wymyślił zasady, że na wynos nie możecie podgrzać, zwłaszcza że o to poprosiłem? Gdybym chciał zimną pizzę kupiłbym w COOP obok. Klienci jedzący poza lokalem nie zasługują na ciepłą pizzę? Dodatkowo stojąc w kolejce nie zostaliśmy obsłużeni zgodnie z jej kolejnością co spodobało, ze ostatnie kawałki pizzy, które były dla nas interesujące zostały „zabrane” przez klientów czekających w kolejce za nami.
