Birreria Saint George — Restaurant in Ancona

The burger I had was the Gricia burger and it was truly fantastic. I have a lot of burgers and it was truly out of this world, absolutely fantastic. Me and my wife walked into the bar, we had booked our table beforehand (I think this is best for these small places) and our table was immediately ready. We sat down, navigating the menu was easy. We selected, the service was quick. Meanwhile you may look around the pub and see little trinkets stuck on the wall, classic pub aesthetic, very motorcycle themed. Also there are little Polaroids. The volume of the music is absolutely perfect, doesn't drown out speech, not over the top, absolutely perfect which is something that I'd take a star away for if it was too loud. A mix of rock and metal is paying, very tasteful. My wife ordered onion rings, those came first and served as a foreshadowing of what was to come: the burger was absolutely amazing just like the onion rings. 100% recommend to anyone who...

Il pub non è niente male. leggermente fuori mano rispetto al centro, ma niente che non si superi con 10 minuti di camminata. il posto purtroppo è piccolino, però lo spazio è gestito bene, ci sono parecchi rimandi alla birra sui muri (con vari poster della straffe hendrik che invidio con tutto il cuore) e anche parecchi elementi un po' più nerd, tipo a tema ritorno al futuro. L'atmosfera è tranquilla è amichevole. non ho constatato la preparazione dello staff, ma visto che hanno almeno una birra a rotazione ogni mese immagino che lo sia. non ho avuto l'occasione di mangiare altro oltre alle classiche noccioline servite (piacevolmente non già sgusciate) e le olive ripiene (che ci hanno fatto la grazia di prepararci dopo la chiusura...

Non andate al Saint George finché siete in tempo. Brutto ambiente, personale che incita all’odio. Appena entrati il locale era pieno, il cameriere afferma di aspettare 5 minuti affinché si potesse liberare un tavolo, ma il tavolo assegnato a noi viene dato a 2 ragazze , arrabbiati di ciò andiamo al bancone per chiedere spiegazioni, ma veniamo allontanati da un cuoco imbruttito, per poco non scoppiava una rissa. Dopo aver aspettato 15 minuti ci accomodiamo in una tavolo composto da 4 sedie in 3 per obbligo del personale, ma nell’arco di 30 minuti al tavolo affianco al nostro si siedono 4 persone come se nulla fosse solo perché amici del personale. La sorpresa finale è stata 50€ , 2 birre e 3 panini...
