Absolutely disappointed. We were here for lunch. Eight people, get only seven table settings. Ordered food, not all get. Foreigners are not invited. Arguing, that there are 20 more guests, is not an excuse.

EDIT: I am not going to argue with you. Once again, we waited for tables a bit, because personal doesn't speak English. I took the table by myself, but then I apologized to staff in two languages, just for sure. Then, after we sat down, waited another 20 minutes for take an order. Then we saw all guests from the restaurant ate their food. We still haven't our food. After almost an hour, the waitress gave us bread. Then the dishes started to come to our table. One of your guests went home hungry, because the order wasn't fullfiled. We ordered two spaghetti carbonara and get only one portion. After an hour of waiting with four children. No one came to us, if we are satisfied, or if we want something else to order, or if anything missing. Do you understand? I complained at the cash desk, with these arguments and no one apologized. I heard only an argument, that there are other guest... Your service is worth only one star. Have a nice day!

PS: The apologize is always the best way how to say you are sorry for...

We have choosen Torre grande as our base and stayed there for 10 days. Every day we went here to drink few drinks and sometimes eat something. Many times there were not many guests since it was not the main season, but almost everytime we waited and had to get in to order, even if there were three working, standing, doing nothing. But it was all ok, we were on holiday, and didn't care. But on a sunday the place was quite busy, we sat down, waited. Which all is ok. We sat there, waiting and the waiter finally arrange the table, when the guest on the opposite site of terrace start complaining about us and that we are smoking- like many on the terrace. And than this guest even start saying goodbye to us and showing us that we must go. And when i told the waiter what is this all about and that we are leaving because of this after 30 minutes waiting, the waitress just said-ok go, bye. And didn't care at all. After whole week, such an attitude and reaction from stuff to this is...unbelievable!! There are better places to go here, without chasing the staff and other guest that can be apparently superior. So the next 6 days we ate and drink somewhere else and are done with this bar and...

Pessima esperienza! La mia seconda volta che ho consumato un pranzo in questo locale. Mentre consumavamo il pranzo, il ragazzo che solitamente sta dietro il bancone del BAR si è avvicinato (penso sia stato chiamato da una delle persone sedute nel tavolo) per prendere l’ordine e dopo, in tono scortese, ha esclamato: altro? Volete altro?… poi è tornato e ha quasi sbattuto la latina sull’angolo del tavolo, andando via senza dire niente! Presumo che fosse seccato perché un attimo prima era stato già fatto un ordine simile, da una delle bambine. Il fatto che l’ordine non sia stato fatto tutto insieme lo ha seccato parecchio!…sono bambini! Quello che fa uno, magari un po’ più grande, viene copiato dall’altro! Senza nessuna pazienza: forse ha sbagliato mestiere! Noi, non ci siamo seccati per avere ordinato 3 spine di 2 differenti marchi che ci sono state servite in bicchieri uguali e senza possibilità di distinguere uno dall’altro! Non ci siamo seccati neanche quando non abbiamo ricevuto un piatto pulito per poter dare la pasta ad una delle bambine e sono entrato dentro il locale a chiederlo, prima che si freddasse il tutto.

La scorsa volta erano stati un po’ più gentili, forse perché in compagnia di persone che conoscevano il responsabile? Ho detto “un po’ più gentili” in quanto, essendo una giornata o d’autunno o forse d’inverno, non ricordo, con un’arietta frizzante, eravamo seduti dentro, davanti al banco della cucina, abbiamo chiesto di chiudere la porta per via del freddo e delle correnti d’aria ma una delle cameriere ha continuato a lasciarla aperta ad ogni suo passaggio nonostante avessimo chiesto la cortesia di richiuderla. D’altronde poteva passare dall’uscita al lato e venirci incontro nella nostra richiesta che presumo fosse più che lecita ed avrebbe generato gratitudine e piacere a...
